We ALL deserve to feel happiness, love, joy, and peace in it's purest forms!
If your life is ridden with pain, abuse, or addiction, there is help! Break the cycle of abuse! Break the silence. Reach out to someone, anyone! It's never too late.
If your heart is broken, if you feel alone, if you can't shed the bitterness, there is help!
If you are causing pain to someone you love, please break the cycle! Break the silence. There is help for you too. It is never too late to reach out! It is never to late to break the binding chains of neglect, abuse, or violence.
The first step is often the scariest. Believe me, I know! Sometimes the hardest part is to admit that we really do need help. Sometimes the hardest part is finding someone to trust. Sometimes the hardest part is finding safety. Sometimes the hardest part is facing the consequences. Sometimes the greatest fear is the unknown. I'm here to tell you that none of those obstacles and fears are worth delaying!
Go to someone, call someone, anyone! A close friend, a clergy leader, a teacher, a family member, a neighbor, a doctor, a therapist, the police, a community safe house, a stranger. Anyone is better than no one. Breaking the chains of abuse or domestic violence is always better than living another day under its silent tyranny. You ARE worth it!
